On Friday, May 21, the Ocracoke High School Prom was held in the Community Center. This year's prom consisted of dinner and dancing. The students and some of the teachers decorated the Community Center earlier in the day and the place looked great!


          

        

Several high school teachers chaperoned the event. Food was provided by local restaurants and there was a DJ for dancing. I understand that everyone had a really good time. 
The kids...oh, excuse me...The young adults all looked very nice...beautiful ladies, handsome gentlemen! You see just how grown up they are when they get all dressed up!

Of course the Seniors must be recognized at the prom.
